The Training & Placement Cell serves as a vital link between academia and industry, ensuring that students are well prepared to meet the evolving demands of the corporate sector.
The department works throughout the year to provide career guidance, skill development programs, industry interactions, internship opportunities, and campus recruitment support. Through structured training in aptitude, communication, technical competencies, and professional skills, we strive to enhance the employability of our students and prepare them for successful careers.

Objective:

• Organize campus recruitment drives for final-year students in reputed organizations.
• Facilitate recruitment activities by providing suitable talent to meet industry requirements.
• Create awareness among students regarding diverse career opportunities and emerging industry trends.
• Enhance employability through comprehensive training in aptitude, communication, soft skills, and technical competencies.
• Assist students in securing internships, live projects, and industrial training opportunities.
• Strengthen industry–institute interaction through seminars, guest lectures, workshops, conferences, corporate meets, and industrial visits.
• Promote professional development, innovation, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning.
• Foster strong relationships with employers to ensure meaningful placement opportunities for students.
